We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. In this role, you will ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality across all operational functions while aligning with company goals. Collaborate with department heads (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance) to support business objectives
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
~5+ years of experience in operations leadership or management.
~ Previous experience in a Contact Center (minimum 6 months).
~ Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
~ English proficiency
