We’re searching for enthusiastic, detail-driven bilingual legal assistants who enjoy supporting legal teams and helping clients through their cases. If you love problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Note: This role is for independent contractors, and you’ll be responsible for your own taxes and insurance.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Review incoming cases and provide initial evaluations
- Support attorneys with case strategies
- Keep case files organized and updated
- Offer helpful and clear communication to clients
- Be the primary link between clients and attorneys
- Coordinate with vendors and experts when needed
- Research legal topics and assist with document drafting
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- At least 1 year of legal assistant experience
- Knowledge of legal processes and terminology
- Strong communication and people skills
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Experience working on a team and independently
- Skills in Microsoft Office and relevant software
