Support HR Business Partners process related to employee benefits, onboarding and HR communications.
Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and collaborate with the Talent team to manage the learning and development agenda.
Support HR and Workplace Experience communications by creating and publishing updates on VivaEngage and assist brigades with scheduling and communication for safety trainings.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) to ensure effective communication with global teams.
Expected graduation January 2027 or later date
Availability to support 30 hours per week – hybrid + flexible according to academic workload.
Hands-on experience in financial operations within a global company.
