You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

- Building strong relationships with leaders and employees to enhance organizational performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Leading and supporting HR programs in collaboration with Centers of Expertise (COEs), including talent management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Managing and executing site-specific programs such as:
- Well-being strategy and NOM-035 compliance
- Onboarding/offboarding coordination
- Recognition and engagement events
- Policy updates tailored to local legal and cultural context
- Vendor and perks management
- Leadership forums and community practices
- Serving as a connector between employees, leaders, and the broader HR ecosystem, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters
- Utilizing HR dashboards and metrics to inform decisions, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of general Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- Skilled in leading through influence and advising on performance and organizational needs
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach and sound decision-making skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving continuous improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Solid understanding of employment laws, market trends, and HR practices at both local and national level
- Demonstrated understanding of HR communication strategies and ensures alignment with company branding and messaging standards
