Law firm represented by its great legacy and experience is looking for a People Analytics Specialist - Total Rewards:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).
- Solid experience in People Analytics, Compensation, and/or HR Administration.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong command of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (required).
- Highly analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile.
- Someone who enjoys challenges, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Controlling teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the People Analytics strategy for the Talent team.
- Manage and analyze Compensation and Benefits.
- Own and leverage data within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Administer and control payroll incidents and employee movements.
- Design, analyze, and maintain dashboards and key talent KPIs.
- Monitor and track the annual Talent budget in close coordination with Finance.
- Analyze labor costs, forecasts, and expense control.
- Administer employee benefits, including Health Insurance and Life Insurance.
- Manage employee terminations, ensuring compliance with policies and processes.
- Develop, update, and oversee HR policies, processes, and internal controls.
- Prepare executive-level reports and insights for leadership and committees.
