Con sede en nuestra oficina en México DF, estamos buscando un Controller Financiero para desempeñar un papel clave en nuestro dinámico equipo financiero. No se requiere experiencia mínima. Reportarás directamente al CFO y al Country Manager loca. Estarás a cargo del cierre analítico y la elaboración de informes para un portafolio estratégico de proyectos y plantas. Esta es tu oportunidad para generar un impacto significativo en un entorno de alto crecimiento.
Responsabilidades:
Presupuesto y previsión (budgeting and forecasting) con comunicación diaria al Controller designado en la sede central.
Registro contable (book-keeping) de todo tipo de transacciones.
Verificación, asignación, registro y conciliación de cuentas del libro mayor, así como cuentas por pagar y por cobrar.
Apoyo al equipo local y seguimiento del proceso de pagos con la sede central.
Apoyo en la preparación de listas de pagos, presupuestos, previsiones, etc.
Preparación de flujos de efectivo, cálculo y contabilización de provisiones.
Supervisión de la contabilidad de proyectos.
Informes financieros ad hoc.
Apoyo en el desarrollo de iniciativas y procedimientos organizacionales.
Apoyo en los procesos de auditoría de las empresas del Grupo.
Será responsable del cierre analítico (balance, cuenta de resultados y desviaciones) de todos los proyectos en México.
Otras funciones relacionadas con el puesto según se requiera.

Pensamiento estratégico y visión de negocio.
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas técnicas y financieras.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Gestión eficiente.
Orientación a resultados y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
Conocimientos en Suite O365 Microsoft Office, herramientas de Microsoft Office y SAP (FiCo).
Formación:
Licenciatura en negocios, economía o campo relacionado.
Un máster es un plus.
Conocimientos en contabilidad, planificación, control y finanzas.
Dominio profesional del español. El conocimiento del inglés será una ventaja.
