We are looking for your talent to work as:

IAM Operations Analyst

Position Summary:

- We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Associate with operational
- experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling
- access certifications and Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes, ensuring the security and
- compliance of our systems

Education Experience:

- Education: Bachelor¿s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IAM roles with a focus on operations, access
- certifications, and JML processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with IAM tools and technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP,
- SAML, OAuth, and MFA.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM) are preferred.

Duties Responsabilies:

- Access Management: Oversee user provisioning and de-provisioning, ensuring appropriate
- access levels are maintained throughout the user lifecycle.
- Certifications: Conduct regular access certifications to verify that users have the appropriate
- permissions in line with their roles.
- JML Processes: Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes to ensure timely updates to user
- access based on role changes.
- Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce IAM policies and standards to maintain
- compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Audit Support: Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits related to IAM
- controls.
- Incident Response: Address and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to align IAM processes with
- organizational needs.

Competencies:

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and
- the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
