The Role
We’re looking for a Specialist – Customer Support / Operations Analyst to join our Global Technology team, reporting to the Director - Client Support Services. In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure seamless operations for mission-critical financial systems.
You’ll fit right in if you’re collaborative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from solving complex challenges that impact global markets.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the lifecycle of client-reported issues — from replication and investigation to resolution and patch scheduling.
• Provide expert advice on the use and configuration of Calypso products directly to clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product management, and professional services to drive solutions.
• Manage client replication environments in the Nasdaq support lab, including upgrades and maintenance.
• Advocate for product enhancements and contribute to tools and processes that improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in IT/Finance systems support or QA roles.
• Proven ability to work in critical business application environments and deliver client-facing solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as SQL, JIRA, system configuration, log analysis, coding, and advanced Excel.
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of Risk Management, Market Risk & VaR, Credit Exposure Limits, and Compliance.
• Experience in capital markets or regulated financial environments.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA) or technical credentials.
Location: Mexico City
Hybrid work environment — at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change.
