If you thrive in dynamic, international environments and love the energy of live events, this role is for you Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Administration. - Advanced conversational English. - 5-7 years of experience in electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) & invoicing assurance, payment add-ons - Handling a high volume of invoices - Proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities/Duties: - Ability to analyze large invoices issued to customers and suppliers. - Follow up on electronic invoices and resolve customer queries. - High interaction with constantly changing systems and regulations. - Ability to manage large databases. - Proposing operational and billing process improvements. - Tracking high billing volumes. - Constant contact with sales, IT, credit, and finance. - The billing system is supported by regulations and technological platforms, so it must adapt to continuous changes.
