Objetivo del puesto:
Garantizar la correcta conciliación contable de las operaciones de nómina, asegurando la compensación oportuna y precisa de los pagos, el cumplimiento fiscal en materia de sueldos y salarios, y la integridad de la información contable mediante el análisis, control y reporte de las cuentas de nómina, contribuyendo a la confiabilidad financiera y al cumplimiento normativo de la compañía.

Requisitos

- Carrera en Contabilidad, Administración o afín.

- Inglés intermedio (movimiento lateral).

- Excelente habilidad de análisis, manejo avanzado de MS Office, Contabilidad General y manejo de SAP.

- Buena comunicación oral y escrita, trabajo en equipo, análisis y manejo de aplicaciones y sistemas.

Descripción

- Responsable del proceso de conciliación contable de las operaciones de nómina.

- Asegurar la compensación de los pagos de nómina tales como sueldos, pensiones alimenticias, vales de despensa, SCYF, Skandia, entre otros, y en su caso gestionar las variaciones.

- Asegurar la correcta ejecución y conciliación de los CFDI’s relacionados al ISR por sueldos y salarios, impuesto exento y gravado.

- Asegurar la conciliación de las cuentas de nómina en la herramienta de Blackline.

- Responsable de generar reportes al área de Fiscal, Contraloría Support y HR
