El puesto de Consultor de proyectos a la medida reporta jerárquicamente al Gerente de Consultoría y de forma matricial al Gerente de País en México. Además, interactúa diariamente con el equipo de investigación sindicada. La función principal del Consultor es gestionar y ejecutar con éxito proyectos de investigación a la medida y, como función complementaria, apoyar y realizar investigaciones de la industria para nuestros principales verticales de Passport en bienes de consumo masivo (FMCG).
Responsabilidades:
1. Planificación del Proyecto:
- Desarrollar plantillas usando herramientas como Word, Excel y Power Point.
- Realizar investigación preliminar para desarrollar documentos más útiles.
- Investigación Primaria y Secundaria:
- Realizar investigaciones secundarias detalladas para comprender los objetivos del proyecto con el fin de rápidamente homologar conocimientos con cliente e instruir al equipo de investigación.
- Realizar entrevistas con la cadena de valor (productores, importadores, mayoristas, minoristas, asociaciones, etc.).
- Utilizar recursos internos e información pública para enriquecer la investigación.
- Ejecución del Proyecto:
- Gestión de analistas en campo (según corresponda), incluyendo comunicación regular a través de videollamadas y correo electrónico, establecimiento de avances de la investigación y administración de pagos finales.
- Elaboración de estimaciones sobre tamaños de mercado y consumo (actual y proyectada), participaciones de mercado de competidores, marcas, canales, etc.
- Revisión completa de todos los materiales generados mediante consultas, validación e interpretación final de datos y análisis para cumplir plenamente con los objetivos del cliente.
- Entrega de análisis completos y oportunos que cumplan con los objetivos del cliente.
- Mantenimiento continuo de todas las carpetas y materiales asociados con los proyectos actuales para asegurar que toda la información sea fácilmente accesible para el personal relevante de Euromonitor.
- Colaborar con colegas en otras oficinas regionales para asegurar que todos los miembros del equipo del proyecto tengan una comprensión clara de los objetivos, metas y plazos.
- Comunicación con el Cliente:
- Comunicación y compromiso con el cliente desde el inicio hasta la finalización del proyecto, asegurando que se cumplan todos los objetivos principales.
- Presentar los hallazgos a través de videollamadas y/o en persona a los clientes para asegurar que se hayan cumplido todos los objetivos del cliente.
- Comprender, mantener y desarrollar la relación entre Euromonitor y cualquier cliente de investigación.
Requirements
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia laboral
- Fluidez en inglés y español
- Excelentes habilidades editoriales
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
- Dominio intermedio o avanzado de Excel es imprescindible
- Alto nivel de habilidades numéricas y analíticas
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas
- Conocimiento de las tendencias y dinámicas de los mercados de consumo
- Historial comprobado en análisis e información estratégica de la industria
- Experiencia en interacciones con clientes y cumplimiento de plazos de proyectos
- Título universitario requerido
- Carreras afines (no excluyente):
- Economía
- Ingenierías (Ingeniería Industrial, en Gestión de Negocios, en Sistemas entre otras)
- Negocios Internacionales
- Marketing
- Finanzas
- MBA u otra Máster relacionado con negocios es deseable (no excluyente)
