UKG /Kronos – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. Work you'll do/Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities: • Participate in the full lifecycle of an Operate project including, System enhancements, Support and Maintenance, in adherence to Service Level Agreements. • Collaborate with the technical consultant and other project team members to ensure configuration of the functional specifications have been met – additional requirements. • Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders in a virtual environment to support project delivery. • Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, and hyper care related activities. Qualifications Required • 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. • Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. • Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams. • Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions. • Advanced English level . • At least 3 years of experience in application support experience in technical aspects of UKG WFM including: o UKG WFM WIM Interface Designer Tool. o Coordinating all facets of application upgrades. o Device management (clocks, web, handheld etc.). o SSRS and other SQL based reporting tools. o Set Up Data Manager. • At least 3 years of experience as a functional consultant with any other Time & Attendance management system will be considered. • Experience in using ITSM tools like ServiceNow. • ITIL V3 Fundamental Certification is preferable. • Strong analytical/problem-solving ability. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels. • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure. • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Preferred: • Experience in Workforce Dimensions is desirable. •Experience in Dell Boomi is desirable.
