- Takes the prepared data and generates invoices, ensuring all completed service orders are accurately reflected.
- Submits invoices to clients and follows up on payments to ensure timely collection. Handles billing issues, working directly with customers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyzes and reviews service details, pricing, and required documentation to ensure invoices are correct before submission.
- Collaborates with the Accounts Receivable department to verify payment methods and ensure efficient collection.
- Maintains organized records, ensuring customer accounts are updated with accurate billing information.
- Other duties as assigned. Compensations
- $25,000 Base Gross Monthly Salary
