Performance Test Engineer (PE SDET) – Remote (Mexico) About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer who is passionate about ensuring systems run at their best. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies to guarantee scalability, reliability, and responsiveness across web, mobile, API, and backend platforms .
Design and implement performance test strategies for multiple platforms.
Develop and maintain test scripts using tools like Gatling, JMeter, or K6 .
Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests via Azure DevOps Pipelines .
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to resolve performance issues.
Monitor performance using APM tools (New Relic, Splunk, Grafana).
Support continuous performance testing in CI/CD pipelines.
Programming knowledge in Golang, C#, Python, Powershell, Scala, Java, or JavaScript .
Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL performance .
Experience with Azure cloud platforms .
Expertise in performance tools like Gatling, JMeter, or K6.
Advanced conversational English (mandatory).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment .
Passion for performance optimization and continuous improvement.
Location: Remote (Mexico)
English – Advanced conversational level is a must.
Tools & Tech: Gatling, JMeter, K6, Azure DevOps, APM tools (New Relic, Splunk, Grafana).
