Reports to: Sales Manager and will have regular alignment with the Mexico Plant Manager

Contract Type: Local Employment Contract if in Mexico

Candidate Profile Requirement:

Our client is seeking a Sales Person with the drive, curiosity, and resilience to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial manufacturing environment. This role demands a self-motivated, commercially minded individual who refuses to take “no” for an answer — someone who combines a can-do attitude with a methodical, structured approach to deliver results as a sole contributor working remotely.

The ideal candidate will bring proven sales capability from the component manufacturing or finished goods sector, along with the technical understanding needed to navigate complex, solution-driven customer relationships. You’ll be part of a rapidly expanding international group where initiative, energy, and commercial insight directly shape business success. If you are a confident closer with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and the curiosity to keep challenging the status quo — this is the opportunity to make a measurable impact on a global scale.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B manufacturing, in injection moulding
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Skills: Strong commercial and strategic instincts; confident working with technical drawings; advanced Excel; CRM familiarity.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Travel: Willing to travel regularly within North America and occasionally to Europe.

About the Role

A fast-growing, international manufacturing group is seeking a high-energy, self reliant, entrepreneurial Sales Account Manager to support business development and manage key multinational clients across Mexico and the Americas region. This is a dynamic opportunity for a commercially savvy individual with a technical mindset to join a global team and drive real impact.

The ideal candidate will have a background in injection moulding, be confident working with international stakeholders, and enjoy combining strategy with hands-on execution. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented, cross-cultural environment—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Regional Growth: Identify and engage new business opportunities that align with the company’s manufacturing capabilities.
- Account Ownership: Develop and implement account strategies that align client objectives with internal business goals. Serve as the primary commercial contact and project lead.
- Sales Project Leadership: Represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams. Influence decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics.
- Quotations & Proposals: Analyze customer requests and collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored proposals.
- Customer Retention & Expansion: Deepen relationships with existing clients through proactive value delivery and strategic account development.
- Market & Data Insight: Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- CRM Management: Track pipeline and activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Reporting: Maintain close communication with the European sales leader and coordinate operationally with the Mexico-based production site.
