Role Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Grouper Manager to lead our
Medical Care
unit. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing the lifecycle of our key brands (focusing on
Women's Health
and
Dexeryl
), ensuring profitability and market share growth. We are seeking a leader with solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, capable of developing talent and managing P&L with a strong business vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy:
Define and implement marketing strategies for the Medical Care portfolio, ensuring the correct positioning of key brands such as
Dexeryl
and the
Women's Health
line.
Financial Management (P&L):
Full responsibility for the unit's Profit & Loss, managing the budget, analyzing margins, and ensuring Return on Investment (ROI) for all campaigns.
Team Leadership:
Manage, develop, and mentor a direct team of
2 people
, fostering their professional growth and ensuring target achievement.
Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of the market, competitors, and trends to identify new business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Medical Sales Reps, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams to ensure flawless execution of the strategy.
Profile & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. (MBA or Master's degree is a plus).
Experience:
Minimum
5 years of experience in Marketing
within the
Pharmaceutical Industry
(Must-have).
Previous experience managing
Women's Health
brands and/or Medical Dermocosmetics.
Proven experience in
People Management
(Team leadership).
Languages:
Advanced English
(Must be able to maintain business conversations and lead regional/global presentations).
Expert management of
P&L
(Financial acumen).
Knowledge of the medical visit cycle and commercial dynamics.
Competencies:
Strategic vision, leadership, analytical skills, and results orientation.
