Material Manager/Supply Chain Manager

We are partnering with a leading international Automotive Manufacturer to recruit a Supply Chain Manager for their rapidly growing Querétaro site. This is a great opportunity to lead supply chain operations at a plant forecasted to become the group's largest in the coming years. This position is designed with a clear progression path toward a Regional Supply Chain Manager role, giving ambitious professionals a chance to grow alongside a plant poised for significant expansion.
Lead end-to-end supply chain activities, including planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and customer delivery
Collaborate closely with production, quality, engineering, and finance teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes
Manage supplier performance and support strategic sourcing initiatives
Develop and lead a local supply chain team, building capability for future growth
Contribute to cross-plant and group-level supply chain initiatives as required
Experience in Tier-1 automotive supply chain management is a must
Proven track record of managing supply chain operations at large sites
Strong understanding of production planning, logistics, and supplier management
Leadership capability with the ambition to take on regional responsibility
