Empresa líder en el sector de alimentos y bebidas busca un–Senior Customer Service Representative. Buscamos profesionales apasionados por el servicio al cliente, con habilidades bilingües y enfoque orientado a resultados.

Descripción del puesto:

Actúa como contacto principal para resolver solicitudes escaladas dentro de nuestro Global Capability Center (GCC) en Ciudad de México, brindando soporte directo a nuestros consumidores en múltiples marcas y canales.

Responsabilidades clave:

Atender interacciones con clientes vía redes sociales, chat, teléfono o correo electrónico.

Mantener conocimiento integral de productos/servicios del equipo.

Brindar retroalimentación y coaching oportuno.

Ofrecer soporte consultivo al equipo y representantes del cliente.

Identificar tendencias y tomar acciones correctivas.

Generar ideas para mejorar procesos, tecnología y reducir quejas.

Apoyar en desarrollo y facilitación de capacitaciones.

Ser experto en productos y sistemas, recomendando soluciones correctivas.

Requisitos:

3+ años en servicio al cliente.

Experiencia en call center.

Conocimiento de Salesforce (preferido).

Ideal experiencia en industria de alimentos y bebidas o FMCG.

Ingles Avanzado (Nativo)

Habilidades:

Manejo de MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Mentalidad orientada al servicio al cliente.

Enfoque en mejora continua.
