We are looking for an awesome Business Coach to join our team

Summary:

- $5.77 USD per hour ($12,000/year)
- 40 hours per week (you are expected to be on Zoom the whole time)
- Schedule is 9am to 5pm CST time
- HubStaff productivity tracking software will be installed on your computer to monitor screen and track activity.
- Meet with clients on Zoom
- Coordinate between clients and team members to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Track issues, document feedback, and escalate complex requests to improve overall client experience.

Expectations:

- You are expected to have a reliable computer, strong wifi, good webcam, and a quite place to work.
- You are expected to have knowledge of computer software such as Google docs & sheets, Email, and CRM experience.

Role (What You Will Do)

- Meet with clients on Zoom to review their marketing performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website, CRM, funnels).
- Explain campaign results in simple terms and connect them to real business outcomes (leads, bookings, revenue).
- Identify gaps, missed opportunities, and quick wins in each client's marketing and operations.
- Make clear, prioritized recommendations clients can actually execute.
- Hold clients accountable to agreed-upon actions, goals, and next steps.
- Help clients set realistic short-term goals (30/60/90 days) and long-term growth targets.
- Guide clients through Event Hawk systems, processes, and best practices.
- Document call notes, action items, and client progress in the CRM.
- Flag churn risks, red flags, or upsell opportunities to the internal team.
- Collaborate with Ads, SEO, and Support teams to ensure client strategy matches execution.
- Reinforce Event Hawk's philosophy: long-term growth, not shortcuts.
