Do you thrive on breaking through challenges and excelling in competitive environments? We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Resourcing Manager to join our dynamic Operations team. The Resourcing Manager plays a key role in ensuring client projects are staffed effectively and delivery teams are optimized for success. This role manages the day-to-day coordination of people assignments across multiple projects, balancing client demand, skill alignment, and utilization targets. The Resourcing Manager serves as a central point of contact, acting as a bridge between Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and Leadership, maintaining visibility, predictability, and agility across all delivery operations.

Act as the central point of contact for all resourcing requests across client projects and internal initiatives.
Manage new project / resourcing requests and ensure all people resource data is complete and correct.
Evaluate resource requests and assign resources based on availability, skillset, and project priority in collaboration with Delivery Leads & PMO Leads.
5-7 years of experience in project management, consulting, professional services, or operations.
