Company Description American Answering Service provides reliable, bilingual call-handling solutions for businesses across the United States. We specialize in delivering professional, accurate, and customer-focused support, ensuring every caller receives a positive and efficient experience.
This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) remote role for an Inbound Customer Service Representative. The representative will handle inbound calls, provide exceptional customer support, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction.
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Representatives.
~ Proficient in delivering outstanding Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience.
~ Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
~ Computer literacy and familiarity with call center systems.
~ With desktop windows pc. (should have atleast 16 gig RAM With back up internet in case of power outages.
~ Should have a home office or room that is quiet and free from distraction.
~Mandatory Friday, Saturday and Sunday shift.
~ Must not be currently employed and must not hold any other job, freelance work, or active client engagements
