We’re hiring: ATL & Brand Execution Specialist
Changan México is looking for an ATL & Brand Execution Specialist to support the execution of our offline advertising and brand presence across Mexico.
This role focuses on ATL campaign execution, dealer branding support, supplier coordination, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring strong brand visibility and flawless marketing execution from strategy to implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and execute ATL campaigns (print, radio, cinema, OOH)
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage quotations, contracts, invoicing, and campaign documentation
- Support dealer branding and POP material execution
- Track campaign evidence, reporting, and visual compliance
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, Content, and PR teams for launches and events
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 1–3years of experience in ATL execution or advertising operations
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and vendor management skills
- Detail-oriented with experience handling budgets and contracts
- Advanced English (Chinese is a plus)
- Familiarity with website CMS and basic reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
