FedEx Express is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement – Professional Services Category professional with 4+ years of experience in indirect procurement, including IT and other global categories.
What you will do:
- Support tactical and strategic procurement activities in Global Categories.
- Participate in end-to-end purchasing processes
- Support contract negotiations and supplier management, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Perform spend analysis and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based teams and global stakeholders (daily interaction in English).
- Support procurement administrative activities and cross-category projects as required.
What we need:
- 4+ years of experience in tactical and strategic Professional Services
- Recent experience in purchasing Software, Hardware, or IT Professional Services.
- Strong analytical profile with negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English (C1) – daily interaction with U.S.-based teams.
- Ability to work in global, dynamic, and process-driven environments.
- Procurement administrative experience is a plus.
