Objetivo del puesto:
Diseñar, profesionalizar y ejecutar la estrategia integral de Recursos Humanos de la empresa alineada al crecimiento organizacional, garantizando la implementación de procesos, herramientas y cultura que fortalezcan la experiencia del colaborador, la eficiencia organizacional y el cumplimiento de objetivos del negocio.
Responsabilidades:
Profesionalización del área de RH
Implementación de Cultura Organizacional
Planeación Estratégica de Talento
Implementación de Herramientas Tecnológicas
Gestión y Desarrollo del Desempeño
Comunicación Interna y Clima Laboral
Gestión Legal, Administrativa y Seguridad Social
Educación:
Licenciatura en Psicología Organizacional, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afín. Deseable maestría o diplomados en Gestión del Talento, Desarrollo Organizacional o Cultura Corporativa.
Experiencia previa:
5 años en puestos de liderazgo en áreas de RH, en empresas con crecimiento acelerado, transformación digital o estructuras tipo startup.
Conocimientos requeridos:
Gestión estratégica del talento (planeación de plantilla, atracción, evaluación, desarrollo) Cultura organizacional y diseño simbólico
Gestión por competencias y KPI de RH Dirección General Dir. Administración y Finanzas Gerente de Talento Analista de RH Descripción de Puestos o Implementación de software de RH
Cumplimiento legal laboral y de seguridad social (IMSS, LFT, STPS)
Evaluación y diseño organizacional

Sueldo $45,000 - $55,000 brutos
