Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional in Revenue Growth Management to lead strategic initiatives focused on pricing, promotions, profitability, and commercial execution. This role has a direct impact on sustainable business growth and requires strong analytical, strategic, and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement pricing and promotional strategies.
- Analyze profitability by channel, customer, and category.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure effective execution of commercial plans.
- Identify growth opportunities and revenue optimization strategies.
- Present insights and recommendations to key business stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management or Commercial Finance.
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong communication, influence, and teamwork skills.
- Advanced English.
