Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Lead the monthly planning, forecast, budgeting, and financial projections processes.
- Monitor P&L performance, margins, costs, and key automotive KPIs.
- Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations vs. budget or forecast.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities with a proactive approach.

Business Support & Decision-Making

- Partner with Sales, After Sales, Logistics, and Operations to support commercial, pricing, and profitability decisions.
- Evaluate financial impact of product launches, campaigns, incentives, and business cases.
- Perform profitability analysis by product line, channel, region, customer, and model.

Cost Control & Profitability

- Develop and optimize financial models for cost control and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and global guidelines.
- Evaluate and optimize portfolio profitability (margins, discounts, rebates, warranty costs, etc.).

Reporting & Performance Management

- Prepare executive financial reports and presentations for leadership.
- Generate dashboards and financial KPIs (P&L, cash flow, working capital, COGS).
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial information.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business partnering in the automotive industry. Different industries or experience will be not consider.
- Experience in the automotive industry in: pricing, incentive programs, commercial offer, forecasting, product, etc.
- Advanced Excel / Power BI or other BI tools.
- Advanced English Proficiency is a Must
