Descripción

- Supervisar y gestionar las operaciones financieras de la empresa.

- Elaborar y analizar reportes financieros para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas fiscales y contables vigentes.

- Establecer presupuestos y realizar su seguimiento para optimizar los recursos financieros.

- Colaborar con otros departamentos para alinear los objetivos financieros y contables con las metas de la empresa.

- Implementar y supervisar controles internos para asegurar la integridad financiera.

- Gestionar la relación con instituciones financieras y auditorías externas.

- Proponer estrategias para la mejora continua de los procesos financieros.

Perfil buscado

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

- Licenciatura en Contaduría o Finanzas

- Conocimientos sólidos en contabilidad, presupuestos y análisis financiero.

- Habilidad para gestionar equipos y coordinar proyectos financieros.

- Manejo avanzado de herramientas financieras y sistemas ERP.

- Inglés avanzado
