Job description:
~1.Has good understanding of Powertrain Fixture design
~2.Experience in:
~ a. Powertrain Jig design based on the specification document
~ b. 2D detailing as per customer Standards
~ c. Part list creation
~ d. Pneumatic/Hydraulic drawings for the equipment functions
~ e. 3D modeling using CatiaV5 and 3DExperience
~ f. Kinematics definition
~3. Experience in taking design from concept through manufacturing and installation.
~4. Able to perform basic engineering calculations to size machine components.
~5. Able to analyze problems and implement improvements in existing designs and equipment.
~6. Knowledge of metal removal cutting tools.
~7. Project management experience
~8. Perform basic FEA simulation using SolidWorks
~9. Offshore coordination, scheduling & good communication
~10. Interact with Client and stakeholders located at different location across North America & Canada to get required inputs and understand requirement
~11. Open to Travel
~12. SOFTWARES: Solidwork 2020, AutoCAD (MUST), MS OFFICE (MUST)
