Estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente de HES (Higiene/Salud Ocupacional, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente) para nuestra planta ubicada en Naucalpan, Estado de México.

Garantizar la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua del sistema de Higiene, Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Seguridad Patrimonial (EHS&S) en la planta de Naucalpan, asegurando el cumplimiento con los lineamientos corporativos, normativas legales locales y federales, y promoviendo un entorno seguro, sustentable y alineado con los valores de la organización.

Gestión del sistema EHS:
~ Implementar y mantener el sistema de gestión EHS, asegurando el cumplimiento legal y corporativo en materia ambiental, de seguridad e higiene y salud ocupacional.

Supervisión de servicios externos:
~ Coordinar los servicios de vigilancia, servicio médico y manejo de residuos, garantizando su alineación con políticas de seguridad y ética.

Capacitación en seguridad:
~ Desarrollar e impartir el programa anual de capacitación, incluyendo formaciones presenciales, en línea y pláticas mensuales de seguridad.

Gestión de cambios y sistemas integrales:
~ Coordinar la implementación del sistema AIMS y gestionar el proceso MOC (Administración de Cambios), asegurando el cumplimiento de acciones derivadas.

Supervisión de cumplimiento en planta:
~ Verificar que todo el personal (interno y externo) cumpla con los procedimientos de seguridad vigentes y aplicar acciones correctivas/preventivas según sea necesario.

Atención a emergencias y brigadas:
~ Coordinar y capacitar brigadas internas (incendios, evacuación, rescate, primeros auxilios) y mantener actualizados los protocolos de emergencia.

Ingeniería en Seguridad Industrial, Ambiental o afín.

Experiencia:
~ Experiencia previa como jefe o gerente de HES (mínimo 2-3 años) en empresas de manufactura (preferiblemente en la industria química).

Sistemas de Gestión en Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Seguridad Patrimonial.
Formación en normativas y metodologías de análisis de riesgos (STOP, Hazop, What if, etc.).
Legislación en seguridad y medio ambiente (NOMs, ISO, OSHA, EPA).
Auditorías de seguridad y gestión de calidad (ISO 9001:2015).
Idiomas:
~ Nivel de inglés avanzado (indispensable, se realizarán entrevistas en inglés).

Planeación estratégica en seguridad y prevención.
