Logistics Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
- Track and update ETA status daily in internal management systems.
- Align delivery schedules with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure operational efficiency.
- Review and validate logistics invoices; ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of freight and logistics costs.
- Support cost analysis initiatives and provide insights to optimize logistics expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations & Commercial.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, customs requirements, and local regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, international transportation, or supply chain roles.
- Knowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, customs documentation, and transportation modes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Advanced English is a must
