Guide customers with expert recommendations, helping them choose the best freight and logistics solutions (including preparing quotes).
Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries via phone and email—deliver top-notch service and handle special requests to strengthen relationships.
Track empty containers and ensure timely returns—or apply per diem billing when needed.
Bachelor's degree in International Business or equivalent experience.
#Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Advanced English is a must.

GDL Office: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM / 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
