Senior SharePoint/Power Platform Architect | 8–10 Years

Lead Enterprise-Scale Workflow Modernization

We are seeking a visionary architect to drive large-scale Nintex → Power Automate transformation for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workflow architecture modernization strategy

Build workflow templates, standards & governance frameworks

Provide architectural reviews, technical oversight & mentoring

Troubleshoot escalated issues across APIs, SQL & integrations

Architect state machine workflows using Dataverse

Optimize for performance, throttling & compliance

Required Experience

• 8–10 years SharePoint workflow development

• 6+ years Power Automate

• 4+ years Nintex (On-Prem + Cloud)

• Expertise in workflow patterns, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph

• Strong experience with complex approvals & custom connectors

SharePoint Developer (Power Platform) – Workflow Conversion Specialist | 6–8 Years

Transform Legacy Workflows Into Modern Solutions

Join our modernization team to convert large sets of Nintex workflows → Power Automate using enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

Convert simple to medium complexity workflows

Analyze, categorize & document existing Nintex workflows

Map Nintex actions → Power Automate equivalents

Build approvals, notifications, and error-handling flows

Support testing, validation & UAT

Collaborate closely with Architects for complex conversions

Required Experience

• 6+ years SharePoint workflow development

• 4+ years Nintex (On-Prem/Cloud)

• 3+ years Power Automate

• Strong understanding of REST APIs & PowerShell

• Experience with workflow migration tools

Power Platform Developer (SharePoint + Forms Conversion) | 6–8 Years

Build Modern Apps & Workflows for Enterprise Processes

This role focuses on InfoPath → Power Apps and Nintex → Power Automate transformation for complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Convert moderate to complex Nintex workflows

Convert InfoPath forms → Power Apps

Rebuild rules, validations, repeating sections & cascading dropdowns

Implement Dataverse for state management

Build integrated Power Apps + Power Automate solutions

Create custom connectors & use Graph API for advanced scenarios

Support testing, documentation & UAT

Required Experience

• 6+ years Power Automate

• 4+ years InfoPath → Power Apps

• 3+ years Nintex

• 3+ years Power Apps & Dataverse

• Strong workflow integration expertise
