Strategic Enterprise POS Onboarding Specialist

SpotOn in Mexico is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to own the end-to-end POS implementation for enterprise and mid-market clients (5+ locations). You will lead consultations with decision-makers, define success metrics, and align stakeholders to ensure a smooth activation and optimal configuration across locations. You will coordinate with Success, Support, Engineering, and Sales to manage integrations, test components, and maintain documentation.
