As a Fleet Planning Sr. Coordinator, you will lead the financial strategy behind Viva's fleet and asset acquisitions. You will analyze and negotiate financing options for aircraft, engines, and other high-value assets, ensuring optimal cost structures and favorable conditions.

You will also collaborate with the Procurement team to manage bidding processes for key services and represent Viva in negotiations with OEMs, MROs, and lessors, driving efficient and financially sound decisions that strengthen the company's long-term growth.

Your deliverables will include:

- Lead negotiations and financing processes for aircraft, engines, and other high-value assets, ensuring optimal cost structures and favorable contractual conditions.
- Develop and maintain financial and pricing models for aircraft and engines, integrating variables such as debt amortization, payment profiles, and financial instruments.
- Analyze and assess financing alternatives to reduce total acquisition and financing costs, applying tools such as NPV, IRR, and cash-flow modeling.
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for the Board and C-level, translating complex data into strategic insights.
- Design and oversee bidding and procurement processes with suppliers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Manage compensations and commercial agreements with manufacturers, ensuring compliance with operational and performance standards.

Our ideal candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance.
- Strong foundations in financial modeling, valuation, and project evaluation.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) and knowledge of Power BI (preferred).
- Advanced English.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate planning, or debt structuring—ideally within aviation, banking, or asset-based financing.
