Remote - Ads Manager
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM EDT
Salary: $14-$18
About the Role
We’re seeking an Ads Manager to lead our paid media team and manage campaign performance across Google, Meta, and other platforms. You’ll oversee strategy, execution, and optimization to deliver consistent, high-quality leads while mentoring a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
- Develop lead generation strategies with measurable ROI
- Monitor account performance and implement data-driven improvements
- Manage budgets and allocate spend for best results
- Report key performance insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment
- Train and support team members to improve performance
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns
- Proven success driving lead generation and ROI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Team leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and ad dashboards
- Familiar with ClickUp, Everhour, and Google Workspace
- Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Go High Level, or ad copywriting
- Excellent English communication both written and spoken
