Estamos buscando un Key Account Manager que sea un socio clave para nuestros clientes estratégicos.
Este rol es ideal para alguien que combina visión comercial, enfoque en métricas y habilidades consultivas.
🎯 Tu misión
Asegurar el éxito, adopción y crecimiento de clientes clave, generando valor medible, relaciones de largo plazo y oportunidades de expansión.
Trabajarás de forma transversal con Ventas, Operaciones, Producto y Soporte, conectando las necesidades del cliente con soluciones que impulsen resultados de negocio.
Lo que harás día a día:
1️⃣ Onboarding y activación del cliente
Liderarás la incorporación de nuevos clientes, asegurando una activación clara, estructurada y alineada a expectativas desde el primer día.
2️⃣ Adopción y entrega de valor
Acompañarás a los clientes para que adopten el servicio y logren resultados tangibles, midiendo impacto y detectando riesgos de forma proactiva.
3️⃣ Renovación, retención y crecimiento
Serás responsable de asegurar la continuidad del negocio, identificando oportunidades de upsell y cross-sell basadas en el valor demostrado.
4️⃣ Relación estratégica con stakeholders
Construirás relaciones de confianza con tomadores de decisión, posicionándote como un asesor estratégico y no solo como punto de contacto.
5️⃣ Medición de KPIs y resultados
Darás seguimiento a métricas clave como adopción, NPS, renovación y expansión, presentando resultados de forma clara y ejecutiva.
6️⃣ Coordinación interna y escalamiento
Alinearás equipos internos para resolver incidencias, escalar oportunidades y asegurar una experiencia consistente y de alto nivel.
