Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to work onsite and serve as the primary bridge between our internal engineering/product teams and a US-based Fractional CTO. This role is critical for ensuring smooth day-to-day communication, execution discipline, and alignment between strategy and delivery across time zones.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Leadership.
- Experience working with senior technical leadership (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Comfortable working across time zones with senior US-based stakeholders.
- Strong organization, documentation, and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive execution through others.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
