The Americas Delivery Mexico(ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. Work you'll do/Responsibilities At Deloitte, you'll collaborate with top professionals to solve complex problems. In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency, business acumen, and communication skills to deliver high-quality solutions. As a Manager you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the Offering through direct ownership over these processes that include day-to-day execution, implementation of standardized policies & practices, and drive continuous improvements. This Individual will provide subject matter expertise and analytics. The Team Our Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions. Qualifications Required - 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. - Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. - Responsible for client and team management including proactive value creation activities. - Support sales activities, account management, and project planning. - Advanced English level. Preferred - Working experience within a Shared Services, Captive/Outsourced environment supporting North America, LATAM or Europe Region is preferred. - Experience in Call Centre model working on both Inbound and Outbound is a plus. - Familiarity with regional billing regulations and practices in North America and LATAM region is preferred. - 5-7 years of experience in Billing, order management (booking) and OTC Processes in a Global/MNC environment, Includes managing teams of around 20 people. - Proficiency in billing software and financial systems. Experience in ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, iScala) is an advantage - Strong Business Process documentation skills. - Project and Process Programs (Transformation and/or Continuous Improvement) is a desired skill. - Experience working under internal controls frameworks, particularly SOX controls. - Strong team management skills. - Efficient in stakeholder management including both internal and external. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to perform root cause analysis; create and implement tangible actions to address key process and/or operational opportunities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Position based in Monterrey.
