Red Ambiental, Líder a nivel nacional en el manejo integral de residuos, comprometida con la excelencia operativa y el cuidado del medio ambiente. Estamos buscando un/a Ingeniero de Procesos para unirse a nuestro equipo en García, Nuevo León.
Propósito del puesto:
Desarrollar procesos productivos con calidad, dentro de tiempo y costo, con seguridad y amigables con el medio ambiente, que sean rentables y perduren en el tiempo.
Requisitos para el puesto:
•Con experiencia en Evaluación Financiera, Control y Manejo de Proyectos.
•Ingeniero Industrial, Químico, Mecánico, Mecatrónica, Manufactura o afín.
•Experiencia de 2 años en puestos similares
•Dominio o certificación en: Herramientas Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, Minitab y diseño de experimentos.
•Disponibilidad de viajar aproximadamente el 50% del mes.
• Ingles 70% Conversación Fluida
•Sin problemas de movilidad a la zona de trabajo, auto propio preferentemente.

Principales responsabilidades del puesto:
•Evaluación la rentabilidad económica de los proyectos. EBIT, EBITDA TIR y Payback
•Control y entrega de proyecto a clientes internos
•Trato con proveedores para la implementación de proyectos.
•Investigar, diseñar, evaluar e implementar nuevas tecnologías para los procesos nuevos y actuales
•Elaborar y documentar instrucciones de trabajo, diagramas de flujo, ayudas visuales y tableros KPi para los equipos y procesos a implementar.
•Realizar presentaciones de proyectos a gerencias y dirección.
