This position is responsible of providing support to the Sales VP in Mexico.

Responsabilities

- Organization of flights in the trips of the vice-presidency. Hotel, transportation, expenses.
- Coordinate birthday and Christmas gifts for Sales Directors, including making final decisions about the selected gift and attention to sales force.
- Support in the preparation and administration of the expense and budget of the Vice President of Sales and Motivation, include the coordination of the payments of administrative offices.
- Manage the department's office supplies.
- Assist in the organization and activities required by the Directors and Managers of the area.
- Coordination and resume of the monthly meetings of the Sales Area.
- Attention and follow-up to activities related to the sales force.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- 3+ Years in Administrative roles.
- Education: Bachelor/University Degree - Business Administration or related
- Proficient English
- Excellent Customer Service
- Process driven, self-motivated, able to identify risks, Analytical, dynamic, and resilient.
- Excellent communication skills,
- Good interpersonal relationship and teamwork.
- High sense of ownership.
- Attention to detail and organization
