Job Summary:

Our company is growing, and we're in search of a recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for our US corporate (English only). As a Sourcer, you will join a team of all-star professionals as we partner with hiring managers to fill our company's vacancies promptly. This position is 100% on-site, and we're looking for someone local to Mexico City. If you live in the area, speak 100% fluent English, possess strong Boolean logic experience, and are eager to join a growing team, this is the job for you

Responsibilities

- Conduct sourcing and pre-screening efforts for corporate positions across the United States.
- Meet established metrics and KPIs.
- Use traditional resources, such as Linkedin and Indeed to identify, attract, and source quality applicants.
- Follow up with candidates to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.
- Communicate important employment information during the delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
- Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Can independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products that may be needed. (e.g. – MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)
- At least 3-5 years of prior recruiting experience
- Extensive experience in using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting.
- Linkedin Recruiter Experience and Boolean Logic experience is required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (language level will be assessed in further steps of the process)
- Must be flexible and possess the ability to meet deadlines in a high tempo environment.
- Excellent time-management, organization and multi-tasking skills required.
- A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
- A positive and upbeat team member

Compensation:

- $41,000 Mexican Pesos Monthly
