We are looking for a Sr. Procurement Buyer . This role is responsible for executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost competitiveness and supply continuity for critical components in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sourcing activities and supplier selection for automotive components (Tier 1 & Tier 2). Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost reduction targets. Ensure continuity of supply and resolve potential disruptions impacting production. Manage supplier performance based on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Sustainability (QCDS). Support new program launches, engineering changes, and production ramp-ups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain). Align regional execution with global commodity strategies. Analyze market trends, cost structures, and supplier capabilities to support strategic decisions. Qualifications ~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. ~ Advanced English (mandatory). ~5+ years of experience in automotive procurement or sourcing . ~ Strong understanding of electronics supply chain, lead times, and supplier constraints . ~ Advanced negotiation and analytical skills. ~ Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers . ~ Knowledge of automotive standards (PPAP, APQP, IATF 16949). Salary Range ~$60,000 to $70,000 Gross Salary per month plus Benefits above the law.
