The Opportunity Latin America represents one of the most exciting growth markets for crypto adoption globally. You'll be responsible for establishing and scaling our presence across Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and additional LATAM markets (e.g. Chile, Peru, Bolivia). This is a ground-floor opportunity to build relationships and drive adoption with payment processors, consumer neobanks, brokerages, and banks. What You'll Do Business Development & Sales - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise and mid-market accounts across LATAM - Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in key verticals in financial services, from banks, merchant acquirers, remittances, cross-border PSPs, neobanks, crypto exchanges etc. - Build and manage a robust pipeline using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach - Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving CFOs, CTOs, compliance teams, and business leaders - Structure deals and negotiate contracts that balance customer needs with company objectives - Collaborate with our product, engineering, and compliance teams to tailor solutions for regional requirements Market Development & Brand Building - Serve as the face of our company in Latin America, representing us at industry conferences, fintech events, and client meetings - Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned with local market dynamics and regulatory landscapes - Build strategic partnerships with payment processors, banking partners, and industry associations - Generate market intelligence on the competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging opportunities - Create case studies and success stories that demonstrate value to the LATAM market - Contribute to marketing initiatives, including webinars, thought leadership content, and regional campaigns What You Bring Essential Requirements - 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding quota, preferably selling fintech, payments, or SaaS solutions - Deep understanding of the Latin American financial services, especially payments, landscape across multiple countries, with existing networks in at least two of our core markets (Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil) - Proven ability to source, develop, and close six-figure deals with complex enterprise clients - Experience navigating regulatory environments and working with compliance teams, particularly in financial services - Native or fluent Spanish; English fluency required - Comfortable with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset payments (doesn't need to be an expert, but must be eager to learn) - Strong commercial acumen with ability to articulate ROI and build compelling business cases - Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently in a remote environment - Willingness to travel 30-40% across LATAM and occasionally to our international offices Highly Valued - Existing relationships with decision-makers at target accounts - Experience selling into trading, treasury, finance, or operations teams - Knowledge of cross-border payments challenges including trading dynamics, FX volatility, settlement times, payment methods, regulatory controls, transaction costs - Understanding of LATAM regulatory frameworks for crypto and digital payments - Previous experience building a territory from scratch or launching products in new markets - Experience in recruiting, building and scaling a multi-functional regional team, from product, engineering, compliance, finance Personal Attributes - Hunter mentality with entrepreneurial drive and resilience - Cultural intelligence and ability to adapt approach across different LATAM markets - Consultative selling style focused on understanding customer pain points - Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically - Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in an emerging technology space - Strong executive presence and communication skills - Collaborative team player who can work across time zones and functions What We Offer - Competitive base salary with aggressive commission structure - Equity options in a high-growth company - Comprehensive benefits package - Flexible remote work arrangement - Travel to global team gatherings and industry events - Opportunity to shape our LATAM strategy from the ground up
