Overview

We are hiring an experienced Medical Scribe to support US-based healthcare providers with real-time clinical documentation. Prior medical scribing experience and hands-on use of Athena (Athenahealth) EHR are required.

Key Responsibilities

- Document patient encounters accurately in Athena EHR
- Capture HPI, ROS, exams, assessments, and plans
- Prepare and complete charts in compliance with HIPAA
- Communicate clearly with providers to ensure accurate documentation

Requirements

- Previous medical scribing experience (2 years minimum required)
- Experience using Athena EHR (required)
- Strong medical terminology knowledge
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
- Experience supporting US-based providers with EXCELLENT English communication
