At LTI MindTree we are seeking a Data Analytics Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Azure Databricks, data engineering, and cloud-based DWH projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end analytics engagements, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to best practices, and effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope and timelines in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Oversee architecture design and documentation while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.
- Drive best practices in code quality, data security, and scalability across teams.
- Stay current with Databricks and emerging technologies to foster innovation.
- Manage customer interactions with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Lead and mentor teams, ensuring collaboration and problem-solving excellence.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years in data analytics projects.
- Strong experience with Azure Databricks (notebook development, Delta Lake).
- Proficiency in Azure services: Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Fabric.
- Expertise in ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and building data lakes.
- Solid SQL skills; familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Hands-on experience with Delta tables, ADLS Gen2, and Databricks SQL.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices for cloud-native solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Power BI for reporting and dashboarding.
- Microsoft Fabric for analytics and integration.
- Spark Streaming for real-time data processing.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations.
