Overview: Looking for purchaser to join our team and assist in the coordination of procurement and delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, purchasing experience, experience in global logistics, experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. It provides the opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our Global company.
Manage the purchasing in Microsoft Dynamics ERP System.
Periodically review purchasing backorders and update vendor pricing in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP System.
Ensure the procurement of strategic products to avoid lack of service in Fersa USA.
Provide administrative support to the team when necessary, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls, emails, etc.
Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English, including written and verbal forms.
- Degree, education or certification in business, logistics, analytics and/or supply chain management.
-Excel skills.
