We’re Hiring: Digital Media & Marketing Coordinator 🚀
📍 Location: Remote (Mexico – CDMX time zone)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CDMX)
💰 Salary & Benefits:
- Direct payment: $25,000 MXN monthly
- 12 vacation days, 15 days of Christmas bonus, major medical insurance, and accounting support for direct contractors.
🌟 About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Media & Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our digital marketing coordination with a strong focus on organic social media. This role is key to keeping our marketing efforts aligned, organized, and data-driven—connecting social media, content, design, and internal stakeholders while translating performance into clear insights.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- 📅 Own and manage the social media content calendar
- 🤝 Coordinate post creation, approvals, scheduling, and publishing
- 🎨 Supervise content and design to ensure brand consistency
- 💬 Manage community engagement across social platforms
- 📊 Prepare, analyze, and present performance & engagement reports
- 📈 Interpret metrics and explain results clearly to stakeholders
- 🔗 Act as the coordination point between Marketing, internal teams, and key stakeholders
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Fluent English (written & spoken) – required
- Proven experience explaining metrics, reports, and performance results
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Solid experience in organic social media with basic paid media knowledge
🛠 Tools / Technical Skills
- LinkedIn (critical platform)
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube
- CRM & Email platforms: HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo
- Google Analytics (basic–intermediate)
- Foundational knowledge of Paid Media (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
