Objetivo
Vender el producto ofreciendo un excelente servicio al cliente
Ser un embajador de la marca
Asegurar que cada cliente es tratado de acuerdo a las expectativas de DG

Responsabilidades Principales
Asegurar el logro de los objetivos de ventas, mejorar y desarrollar el negocio
Proporcionar una excelente experiencia al cliente demostrando conocimientos sobre el producto, ADN y servir al cliente de acuerdo con la ceremonia del cliente DG
Impulsar los objetivos individuales de KPI
Ayudar en el merchandising y el mantenimiento en el piso de ventas
Mantener los estándares de visual de los productos
Ser un miembro del equipo proactivo, mostrando respeto por los compañeros de trabajo, aceptando instrucciones y proporcionando comentarios para apoyar los logros de la tienda y contribuir a un entorno de trabajo positivo
Comprender y seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa relacionados con las ventas y el servicio
Garantizar la conciencia de la seguridad a través del enfoque y el servicio al cliente
Realizar otras funciones según las instrucciones
Mantenerse al día sobre las tendencias actuales
Estar informado sobre las redes sociales
