Pricing Strategist & Product Marketing Manager

Location: LATAM | Remote

About Zapp

Zapp is transforming how immigrants send money home by enabling fast, fair, and simple money transfers directly through WhatsApp. We are growing rapidly and looking for a Pricing Strategist & Product Marketing Manager to help shape the economics and competitiveness of our product as we expand.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can blend strategic thinking, analytical depth, and cross-functional execution. You will own the full pricing lifecycle — from insights and frameworks to experimentation and rollout.

You’ll work closely with teams across Product, Tech, Analytics, Finance, and Operations, turning data into decisions and ensuring pricing changes are thoughtfully designed, tested, and communicated.

This is a high-impact role central to growth, profitability, and market differentiation.

What You’ll Do

Pricing Strategy & Insights

- Define pricing strategy across markets and customer segments.
- Translate data and insights into clear recommendations.
- Build business cases for pricing adjustments and optimizations.

Experimentation & Execution

- Design and manage pricing tests (A/B or multivariate).
- Partner with Product & Tech to implement pricing changes and experiments.
- Monitor impact and refine strategies based on results.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Lead alignment on pricing decisions across Product, Tech, Finance, Ops, and Marketing.
- Ensure pricing updates are well communicated and operationalized.

Market Understanding

- Conduct competitive pricing research across fintech and remittance players.
- Identify opportunities and risks based on market shifts and user behavior.

Launch Support

- Support new market launches with pricing recommendations and scenario analysis.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8 years in pricing strategy, product marketing, strategy, growth, or finance.
- Experience in fintech, payments, remittances, or marketplaces preferred.
- Strong analytical literacy and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Experience designing or evaluating pricing or monetization experiments.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

- Background in Economics, Finance, or Strategy.
- Experience with cross-border or consumer financial products.
