As a Regional Finance Manager - LATAM, you will be responsible for supporting audits, tax compliance, and finance system integration. We're looking for a hands-on, tax-savvy accountant or finance manager based in LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the local accounting and tax compliance in 3–5 LATAM countries (SAT, ARCA, DIAN, SUNAT, Receita Federal, etc.)
- Coordinate with local accountants, tax advisors, and auditors across jurisdictions
- Prepare and review monthly closings, VAT filings, and statutory returns
- Maintain updated tax calendars and ensure zero penalty compliance
- Prepare audit-ready financial packages and assist in PBC response
- Ensure accurate data delivery and policy implementation under global audit
- Collaborate with NetSuite implementation teams for local configuration
- Support HQ team with regional consolidation and tax compliance matters
Requirements
- Accounting/Finance/Tax background with 7+ years of experience, ideally across multiple LATAM countries
- Strong knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, e-invoicing, and cross-border transactions
- Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)
- Independent, reliable, and proactive — able to push projects with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote-first, cross-border team
- Bonus: Experience working with NetSuite, or Bitwave
